Creating Presence & Spontaneity
This class meets Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays to cover age old wisdom of creating presence and spontaneity. Together we will create specific action items we can take to lead with a lasting and positive impact. This course is for facilitators at any level or group members that simply want to know more about creating presence so that they can make the groups they are a part of more effective. Being spontaneous eliminates the stress of what should be next and brings the attention to fully being engaged.
Master Facilitator's facilitate their inner process so that they can be present with those they're facilitating. They maintain a learning orientation to life, remaining open to new ideas and input. They are committed to their own self-care to maintain the high energy and awareness required of a facilitative leader, and as a model for others.
Presence is the capacity to break free from the chains of ordinary existence. It creates an expansive experience that helps us move from reactions to inner equilibrium. Presence is what helps us create depth, understanding and wisdom.
If you are looking to sharpen your talent or fine tune your awareness, join us for this thought provoking telephone seminar and learn the art of creating presence.

What participants are saying…
Neerja, the instructor, made this class enjoyable, interesting, relevant and very worthwhile. It is the best corporate class I've taken, due to the relevance to my life and her teaching ability.
Neerja, is one the best instructors I have ever had. I cannot see anybody else giving the course. I liked her enthusiasm and commitment. I had a sinus headache during the entire second day of the course and due to her energy in teaching, was still able to remain focused and learn.
Neerja was excellent. She is a very talented speaker/coach/leader. She kept everyone attentive the whole two days. The class also helped me focus on improving my personal life, which will help me professionally. Best class I have taken! Everyone can learn something from her.
This course exceeded my expectations in every way, I think in large part because of the instructor (Neerja Bhatia). She brought incredible energy to the class and was able to weave in her stories and her responses to participants' question to make the material stronger. I would highly recommend this course, if given with this instructor.
The instructor for this course was exceptional. I didn't want it to end! Thank you!
Instructor was fabulous with a very good knowledge of the field. She was able to steer the class based upon dynamic feedback from participants.
I just want to say this, Neerja did an amazing job teaching this class (WOW!!!). I walked out of the class yesterday feeling more spiritual than I have ever before and I can honestly say that I have never learned more in two days than I have in that class. The Circle of trust exercise was astounding and I think that every organization should do this as a team building event. Thank you so much for the opportunity and truly wish there was more than just this class that provides the same concepts.
This is BY FAR the best course I have ever attended. The instructor was excellent – she used personal experiences with additional experiences, theories and beliefs to make the class very interesting.
The instructor was more than an instructor, she is a true teacher. She knew the material, was passionate about the subject, she taught from her heart, and she drew everyone into the sessions.
This was the best training class I have taken. I would just like to say I went into this course with no expectations and I was blown away by how affective this course and the instructor were. A very very helpful and productive 2 days.
The subject matter is not easy and so it is difficult to learn and understand all of it in two days and in that sense it is not like any other business course, however, it is nevertheless the most excellent course I have experienced in a long time and will definitely have positive repercussions on my life, work and dealings with others. Its impact is therefore harder to explain but more significant.
Best trainer I have experienced thus far. |
