Facilitation Micro-Skills Seminar

Leverage Your "Relational Presence" for Masterful Group Leadership
The Introverts answer to public speaking and group presence

Featuring Lee Glickstein, author, speaker, trainer, and founder of BeHeardNowTraining.com

"Just in Time" Learning

When you stand in front of a group to open a training, a meeting, or a talk, where typically is your anxiety on this continuum?

Terror -- Fear -- Anxiety -- Coping -- Ease -- Flow -- Mastery

Anything less than Ease (which cannot be faked) translates instantly into anxiety for the group. If you aren't able to take a full, natural, unselfconcious breath before saying a word, the group will constrict their breathing and their listening. Bad start, yes?

Join us for this live, one-hour tele-seminar where you will discover what it takes to facilitate from full engagement and receptivity in every moment. This surprising secret to masterful group leadership is not grounded in technique or dynamism; rather it is about developing your innate capacity to facilitate listening and learning by being transparent. We call the key "Relational Presence," and by the end of this session you will know its power and understand how to cultivate it in your own style. Access this one-hour pre-recorded tele-seminar with Lee Glickstein and Steve Davis. You will discover exactly what it takes to...

Dissolve performance anxiety by taking all attention off yourself.

Entrain a group through natural silence and breath.

Compel rapt attention and connection without performing by relating exactly as you do one-on-one at your best.

Honor their listening as the most powerful force in the room.

Access your creative resources in any moment by tapping into their listening.

Maximize your impact as a leader by opening with a story that brings the group together

Any other questions you have.

Bonus!

Rather Than 'Blasting Through Performance Pressure,' Breath and Let Your Excitement Work for You. Tips moving through your weaknesses when presenting yourself and using your natural presence to connect with your group.

About Lee Glickstein.
Founder and President of Be Heard Now! Training, Lee received the Athena Award for Excellence in Coaching and Mentoring in 1996. A lifetime of stage fright motivated him to develop an elegant approach to break through the widespread fear of being fully oneself in the world. This discovery led him to a profound understanding of the principles of natural communication through Relational Presence. For the past sixteen years, Lee has been a keynote speaker, consultant, trainer, and Speaking Circle Facilitator. He is author of Be Heard Now! Tap Into Your Inner Speaker and Communicate with Ease (Broadway Books) and Be Heard Now! How to Speak Naturally and Powerfully in Front of Any Audience (Sounds True Audiotapes). Lee lives in Woodacre, California, with his wife Audrey and two cats. His hobby is constructing crossword puzzles for the New York Times.
