Greetings Fellow Facilitators!

Upgrade to Master Facilitator Journal Site!

We're now officially calling the MFJ the official ezine of FacilitatorU. Since this is, and always has been our major means of communication with our facilitator community and global audience.

In further preparation for the launch of FacilitatorU, we feel it's critical now to build our subscriber base for this ezine, while at the same time finding ways to add more value for our subscribers and community members.

So we've set an exciting goal of reaching over 100,000 subscribers within the next two years! Yes you did read that right. It's 100,000. Sure, this may seem ambitious. But as coaches, we know the power of big dreams and goals, and intend to use them to inspire wild creativity and deep convictions to quality and service, in such a way that the word simply spreads across the industry like wildfire reaching those who can benefit from it. And, we also feel that getting these skills and information into peoples hands is very important. The skills of facilitation are essential to helping people work together and for developing supportive and prosperous communities.

To support this new goal, we've chosen to make two changes to the MFJ and its website.

1. We've redesigned the landing page (www.masterfaciliatorjournal.com) to focus specifically on providing a place for new subscribers to join us. We've done this by clearly spelling out the benefits of subscribing and making it very easy to do so.

2. We've also redesigned this site as a "free membership site." This means that before someone new can enter the site and access its resources, they simply must sign up for our free ezine. The message here is, "We're happy to share all we have here with you for free. All we ask is that you become part of our community and interact with us, at least passively, by receiving our ezine every week."

Seeking input from you.

We'd like to launch the new MFJ homepage by July 1st. To support this effort, we are asking for your immediate feedback on the new landing page and the concept of a free membership site. Please review our new homepage at: www.masterfacilitatorjournal.com/defaultnew.html, and also login into the member area (username: sharemfj; password: today) and check out changes we made to the old homepage. Then please send us your comments, initial reactions, suggestions, thoughts, ideas, perceived benefits of doing this, and as always any potential pitfalls that you think we need to consider.

We'd also love to hear any ideas you have, or help you can provide in reaching our new subscriber goal of 100,000 subscribers by July, 05.
