Greetings Fellow Facilitators!

I hope them memo finds you well. I have just a couple little things to share with you today:

Intervention Guide Ready for Release!

At long last, our next Facilitator's Guide, "Intervene With Confidence," will be released next week! It's been a long road but I think we've put together a great document that will benefit many group workers. As added value to this guide, I'm hosting a free "Micro-Skills Teleclass" on the subject this evening at 7PM EST to answer individual questions people have about intervention. I'd like to invite you to come if you're interested. If so, please email this autoresponder for bridge info:
davissm-52378@autocontactor.com.

An Invitation

We're also launching a new project at FacilitatorU.com that I think will be quite fun and useful to many new and prospective facilitators. This is an ebook containing the profiles of 50+ successful facilitators. They will tell us their story answering questions about how they made the transition in to this field, what made them successful, how they market their services, etc. We will also conduct and record short audio interviews with each contributor to include with the book.

If you are working as a facilitator and meet the criteria below, I'd love to include you. Just email this autoresponder for a questionairre that will get you started: davissm-52715@autocontactor.com.

Criterion

- Must be a practicing Facilitator making $60K/yr. or more.

- You can be internal or external to a corporation. However, Internal facilitators should be engaged in the practice of facilitation at least half-time.

- It's OK to be practicing facilitation in a training capacity. In other words, if you are a trainer who considers him/herself to be facilitator by virtue of the way you train, i.e. learning facilitator, then we're interested in your profile.

- You should be passionate about facilitation and the work you're doing.

R&D Team Process

I've noticed that I've received very, very little response from you on the past 2 or 3 R&D memos. Please let me know if there's something I need to change in my approach. Please email if you have any feedback to offer. Or, if you don't have the time to do that, please click use the following links below to email feedback that best describes your situation.

- You just want to stay up to date with what we're up to and you're not really interested in contributing much. If this best describes you, please click here and press send.

- You plan to contribute now and then but haven't had time lately to do so. If this best describes you, please click here and press send.

- You'd like to see us use some other process. If this best describes you, please click here and press send.

- This R&D team wasn't what you had in mind and want off. If this best describes you, please click here and press send.

- Something other than the above. If this best describes you, please click here and tell us any changes you'd like to see us make.

Thanks very much for your support!

Warmest regards,

Steve Davis
