Greetings Fellow Facilitators!

I hope them memo finds you well. I have just a couple little things to share with you today:

An Integral Facilitation Model

I've been slowly making progress on what I call an "Integral" Model of Facilitation. This model borrows from Ken Wilber's general Integral Model. Many fields and institutions are beginning to adapt their work to this model. I plan to have a teleclass or two with you in the near future on this. But for now, I have a simple request.

I'm developing a list of all the major methods, models, and techniques used by facilitators. They can either be generic or trademarked methods. Here are some examples:

- Brainstorming
- Strategic Planning
- Vision Development
- Decision Matrix
- Multiple Voting
- Future Search
- Open Space Technology

Please just send us an email with all the methods or techniques you can think of and I'll make the whole list available to you. Or if you've seen sources of this kind of information listed somewhere, I'd love to hear about that as well.

I'll be inviting you to an R&D call soon on this topic. I look forward to your feedback on this piece.

Thanks very much for your support!

Warmest regards,

Steve Davis
