Volunteers
Needed
We're looking to fill three different volunteer positions
at FacilitatorU that are described below. Please review these
positions for your own interest and also feel free to pass
this email along to any friends or associates whom you think
may be interested.
Factivities.com
Manager
As manager of Factivities.com,
you will be responsible for the content buildup of this web
business from the ground floor. The primary task is to seek
out Facilitated Activities from their authors, secure permission
to include them on our site, then transcribe and/or format
them into our exercise format. Other efforts involve organizing
site content, search criteria, and interface to search engine
to optimize site functionality. This site is intended to be
built into a fee-based membership site, both as a stand alone
offering and as part of a future FacilitatorU.com membership
offering. The site manager, if successful in building out
the site, will be offered an 80% affiliate arrangement allowing
him or her to reap financial gain from their own marketing
efforts for this site.
Job Description
* Research, seek out, and make contact with leading facilitators,
trainers, authors, and publishers to solicit and refine their
favorite experiential exercises.
* Enter exercises in html website template and edit as necessary.
* Make improvements to site functionality as it evolves.
* You'll set your own hours, but we're thinking around 10
hours/week.
Skills
* Basic computer, Internet and email experience
* Experience with an html editor
* Excellent telephone communication skills.
* Excellent writing and editing skills.
* Ability and desire to work independently, self-motivated.
* Genuine interest in experiential training

Marketing
Director
FacilitatorU.com is looking for a sales and marketing director
to increase the exposure of our products and services to market.
This is a 50% commission position. Candidates should have
experience in sales and marketing, be interested in the personal
growth industry, and be attuned to an "authentic"
marketing perspective vs. seduction sale perspective. Experience
in ad copy writing, advertising, and media exposure is a plus.
Job Description
* Research, seek out, and make contact with advertising sources
and potential clients of facilitation and training materials.
* Develop and implement plans and strategies to increase traffic
to FacilitatorU and to our ezine the Master Facilitator Journal.
* Review and enhance existing ad copy for our products and
services.
* Make recommendations for changes in site navigation and
content to enhance sales.
* You'll set your own hours, but we're thinking around 10
hours/week.
Skills
* Proven abilities in sales and marketing.
* Basic computer, Internet and email experience
* Excellent telephone communication skills.
* Excellent copy writing skills.
* Ability and desire to work independently, self-motivated.

Community
Development Director & Facilitator
As the Community Development Director and Facilitator, you
will work to improve and enhance communication with and among
subscribers and clients affiliated with FacilitatorU.com.
We have electronic communication platforms in place in the
form of Listserves, Blogs, and Competency Specific Interactive
Forums, however, participation in these arenas begs for improvement.
It will be your responsibility to inquire into the community
to enhance dialogue and sharing of the collective wisdom and
experience in the community.
Job Description
* Community Outreach: Develop, enhance, and maintain a connection
with the "pulse" of the FacilitatorU.com community.
* Develop and implement plans and strategies to increase and
enhance technologies, processes, and policies that facilitate
increased communication and knowledge-sharing within the community.
* Review and existing websites, ezines, and other online media
and recommend improvements to enhance readership and response.
* Visit online communities regularly to stimulate and respond
to inputs.
* You'll set your own hours, but we're thinking around 10
hours/week.
Skills
* A love of people and the creation of community.
* Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
* Strong understanding of and experience in customer service.
* Basic computer, Internet and email experience.
* Ability and desire to work independently, self-motivated.
* Public relations skills are a plus.
