Happy New Year. I hope you all had a nice holiday season and got a chance for some rest and reflection in addition to celebration.

Facilitation Models Collection

We're finally moving closer to the launch of the FacilitatorU.com Membership Offering. We'll be letting you know the details of that very soon as we'll as seeking more of your input on the concept.

One of the projects for the site includes a collection of models used in facilitation and training. A few examples can be viewed here and include things like the Ladder of Inference, Levels of Intervention, Evolution of Dialogue, etc.

We're looking to have a collection of 50 or more such models useful to facilitators and trainers. They can be models on such things as decision-making, conflict resolution, problem-solving, consensus building, as well as training oriented models.

Where We Need Help

So we ask you to please send us your favorite models, links to them online, or reference to them by name. We'll share all those received with those of you who contribute. Please enter your models or links here.
